These terms apply to digital products and related services purchased through Niche Marketing Vaults™ and Dental Marketing Vault™.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
Digital Products
Unless specifically stated otherwise, products sold through Dental Marketing Vault™ are digital products.
No physical product will be shipped.
Digital products may include items such as:
- editable Canva templates
- social media captions
- publishing guides
- blog content
- video scripts
- downloadable PDFs
- campaign instructions
- supporting reference materials
Digital Delivery
After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased digital files through WooCommerce.
Depending on the product, access may be provided through:
- the order confirmation page
- the customer order page
- the WooCommerce order email
- downloadable files included with the purchase
- Canva template links contained within the product package
Customers are responsible for using a valid email address during checkout and for downloading or saving purchased files for future use.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access.
License and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, each purchase is licensed for use by one dental practice, business, or purchasing organization.
The purchaser may:
- customize the materials for its own practice or business
- add its own logo, phone number, website, and approved brand information
- publish customized content on its own authorized marketing channels
- adapt the materials as reasonably necessary for its own business use
Prohibited Use
Purchased files, templates, copy, scripts, guides, and other materials may not be:
- resold as standalone products
- redistributed to other practices or businesses
- shared publicly as downloadable templates
- sublicensed
- uploaded to template marketplaces for resale
- repackaged and sold as substantially the same product
- distributed through membership libraries or shared-resource collections without written permission
Agencies, consultants, or marketers wishing to use purchased materials for multiple client practices may require a separate commercial or multi-client license.
Canva Templates
Canva templates are provided as editable customization tools.
Customers are responsible for:
- maintaining their own Canva access where required
- replacing placeholder information with their own approved practice details
- reviewing all customized content before publication
- exporting final graphics in the appropriate format for their intended platform
Content Review and Publication Responsibility
Dental Marketing Vault™ strives to provide researched, reviewed, patient-friendly marketing content based on authoritative sources where appropriate.
However, each dental practice remains responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication.
The purchasing practice is responsible for determining whether the final content is appropriate for:
- its patients
- its services
- its jurisdiction
- professional and regulatory requirements
- advertising standards
- platform rules
- its own clinical policies and recommendations
Digital marketing content should not be treated as individualized medical or dental advice.
Pricing and Promotional Offers
Prices may change at any time.
Introductory pricing, sale pricing, Founding Flash Preview pricing, and other promotional offers may be available for a limited time and may end without notice.
Purchasing a product during a promotional period does not guarantee access to future products at the same price.
Upgrade Credits
Where specifically offered, customers who purchase a lower-tier campaign may be eligible to apply that purchase amount toward an upgrade during the stated promotional period.
Upgrade credits:
- apply only when specifically advertised
- may be limited to a defined promotional period
- are not redeemable for cash
- cannot necessarily be combined with other discounts
Optional Done-for-You Services
Campaign customization, branding, content preparation, video creation, publishing support, and other professional services may be available separately.
These services:
- are not included with standard digital-product purchases
- are offered on a limited-capacity basis
- may require separate pricing
- may include separate revision limits, timelines, and terms
Availability is not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
All original content, templates, guides, scripts, graphics, and supporting materials remain the intellectual property of Niche Marketing Vaults™ / Dental Marketing Vault™ or their respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
Purchase grants a license to use the materials under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Third-Party Platforms and Services
Some products may use or link to third-party services such as Canva, WooCommerce, social media platforms, email services, payment processors, or other online tools.
Dental Marketing Vault™ is not responsible for:
- third-party outages
- changes to third-party pricing
- changes to platform functionality
- account restrictions imposed by third parties
- changes in platform publishing requirements
Refunds
Digital products are subject to our separate Refund and Returns Policy.
Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once delivery or download access has been provided.
